3. Appointments and scheduling

• Appointments may be made online, by phone or in person. Appointment confirmations, reminders and notices may be sent via email, SMS or phone.
• Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
• We may require pre-authorization, deposits or full payment for certain procedures prior to treatment.

4. Fees and payments

Fees for dental services are posted at the clinic or provided on request. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, cards and other payment methods as indicated by the clinic. Insurance processing may be offered as a courtesy; you remain responsible for unpaid balances.

5. Cancellations and no-shows

We request that you provide reasonable notice (typically 24–48 hours) if you must cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Repeated missed appointments may result in the requirement of prepayment for future bookings.

6. Patient responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical, dental and contact information.
• Inform us about allergies, medications, medical conditions and pregnancy status prior to treatment.
• Follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your clinician.

7. Medical information and consent

Treatment requires informed consent. We will explain recommended procedures, risks, benefits and alternatives. You have the right to ask questions and to refuse or withdraw consent at any time, subject to clinical considerations.

8. Teleconsultations

Where offered, teleconsultations (telephone or video) are provided for convenience and may have limitations. Teleconsultations are not a substitute for in-person examinations when clinically necessary. Confidentiality and privacy considerations apply; please use a secure and private environment for teleconsultations.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal and health information. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
